Bar Tent
In addition to La Salle’s downtown bars having their own specials during the event, there will be an Event Bar located next to the Main Stage offering: Coors Light, Yuengling Flight, Carbliss Black Cherry, Carbliss Mango, and Sam Adams Winter White Ale—as well as Buffalo Trace Bourbon and RumChata Peppermint Bark. Be on the lookout for exclusive bar sponsor coozies as well!
Bourbon and Cream Liqueur Tasting
Frosty on First will offer a bourbon and/or Cream Liqueur Tasting! Bourbon Tasting Flight: Eagle Rare 10-year, Weller Special Reserve, Blanton’s Single Barrel, Stagg, Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch. Cream Liqueur Tasting Flight: Baileys Cookies & Cream, Hard Truth Maple Bourbon Cream, Iowish Salted Caramel, Five Farms Irish Cream, Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream. We’ll also be raffling off a bottle of Van Winkle Special Reserve 12-year, so be sure to throw your name into the running!
Bean Box Espresso
Bean Box Espresso is a local favorite, serving up some of the best coffee in the Illinois Valley for over 14 years. Their brand-new food truck will offer full-service coffee and espresso, hot cocoa, lattes, and fall and Christmas favorites.
Big B BBQ
Big B BBQ, will set up on First Street to serve up some of the best BBQ in the area. They will offer BBQ brisket or pulled pork, wraps, sandwiches, a parfait with slaw and baked beans, and mac n cheese.
Naiho's Eggrolls and More
Naiho’s Eggrolls and More will serve mouth-watering Mien cuisine, such as Eggrolls, crab Rangoon, chicken fried rice, pork stir fry, hot stir fry noodles, Ramen noodles, shrimp stir fry, and chicken stir fry with rice.
The Dog House
The Dog House brings authentic, Chicago-style hot dogs to Central Illinois. Throughout Frosty on First, they will serve hot dogs, fries, corndogs, Italian beefs, funnel cake sticks, lemonade, and teas from their food truck.
Cousins Maine Lobster
The Cousins Maine Lobster Chicago food truck will arrive in La Salle to serve Lobster Rolls, Lobster grilled cheese, Lobster tacos, Shrimp tacos, Lobster tail and tots, Lobster quesadilla, lobster tots, New England Clam Chowder, and Lobster Bisque.
Pierogi Rig
The Pierogi Rig food truck will make the trip to La Salle from Elk Grove Village for Frosty on First, serving Sweet and Savory Pierogis, Smoked Polish Sausage, and sausage bites.
Philly Factory
Philly Factory, located in La Salle, will serve Cheesesteaks, specialty subs, nachos, chips, lemon shake-ups, hot cocoa, and desserts from their food truck on First Street.
Mac Daddy Spuds
Mac Daddy Spuds, where comfort food gets a hilarious makeover, will set up on First Street for Frosty on First! The food truck will offer deconstructed spuds with multiple options.
Sugardemon Bakery
Opening its doors earlier this year, Sugardemon is a unique bakery specializing in all things dessert. From French-inspired pastry to cheesecake to cookies, they bake it all, and almost everything is made from scratch. Their menu rotates weekly, so there is always something new to try!
Chef Sara's Table
One of the newest businesses to set up shop in La Salle, Chef Sara’s Table specializes in soups and salads as well as special events and charcutrie. Let the Chef do the cooking!
Sanctuary
Sanctuary La Salle is a haven for those who love live music, creative events, and good whiskey. Sanctuary is a safe space for everyone and a party seven days a week.
