Coming down to Frosty on First and want to get the lowdown on all of our local storefronts? There’s never been a better time as many businesses will be participating in the Frosty on First Shopping Passport! Shop participating businesses for a chance to win a gift basket filled with local goods. Punch cards can be picked up or dropped off at participating businesses. Purchases up to $25 earn 1 punch as well as every additional $25 spent. Four punches equals one entry into the drawing. Winners will be notified via phone call on Monday, Nov. 10.
